This Shipping Policy explains how delivery works for orders placed through the Longwalks website.
Delivery Provider
We deliver orders using Royal Mail.
We will endeavour to send orders using Royal Mail 1st Class where possible. However, delivery services may vary depending on availability, order volume, operational requirements, postal delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Cost
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Free Delivery for Subscriptions
Customers who subscribe to a Longwalks product qualify for free delivery on their subscription order.
Free delivery applies to eligible subscription purchases only and will be shown at checkout where applicable.
Dispatch Times
We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as reasonably possible.
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
During busy periods, promotional periods, postal disruption, or circumstances outside our control, dispatch may take longer.
Delivery Times
Royal Mail 1st Class delivery usually arrives within 1–2 working days after dispatch, but this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Delivery may take longer due to Royal Mail delays, seasonal demand, strikes, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
Delivery Address
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the delivery address provided at checkout was incomplete or inaccurate.

Missing or Delayed Orders

Subscription Orders
If you subscribe to a Longwalks product, future subscription orders will be delivered according to your selected subscription frequency.

Cancelling a subscription stops future orders. It does not cancel, return or refund an order that has already been processed or dispatched.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.
